This program is meant to be done 3x a week, with moderate exercise 2x a week, for 6 weeks. If you need some guidance on the best place to get started, you’ve found it! After entering your email here, you will receive personal contact from me with your next steps including: what you will need, how to be prepared, and my venmo handle for a (very) small, personalized payment based on your financial ability and programing needs!

1:1 Personal Training

For clients in the Denver-metro area, I will meet with you one on one. Each session will consist of personalized workouts, form and function training, and constant encouragement. Pricing depends on number of sessions booked.
